Between 12:25 PM and 12:35 PM EST, most users experienced degraded availability, including connection errors and slower response times. Our team identified the issue quickly and triggered a failover on the faulty database instance in the cluster, which fully restored service within 10 minutes.

We're continuing to investigate the root cause and will proceed with a database capacity upgrade to reduce the risk of further impact. You may continue to see brief, intermittent slowdowns — we're monitoring closely and will follow up with findings once our investigation is complete.
