Investigating

Payment processor
- All IPPAY features (Auto payment delayed, Manual payments and adding payment method can fail)

Notification processor
- All Mailgun features (failing notification would be delayed)

Product Availability
- Product availability will fail sporadically

Work orders
- Work orders coverage areas not linking properly (we will be able to re-link them post-incident)
